Cairn Hotel - Bathgate

Booked a room with comfortable bed.

Everything is really good here, had a PLEASANT stay on a road trip. The room is reasonably priced. It's good standard with well enough space, coffee and a chair.

Friendly and efficient bar staff made our evenings enjoyable.

Breakfast service timing was unhelpful for early departures.

There were spotless rooms with a very comfortable bed, tea plus shower. The location was handy and decent, adjacent to Edinburgh as hotels in city charge way too much and Bathgate and easily accessible. The staff was efficient and around most of the time.

I slept so comfy in the comfortable bed.

paintwork and some of the finishings in the room could be improved. Broken glass in the carpark did not help first impression.

Nicely presented hotel with friendly efficient personnel on member of the dinning room staff. A great selection of options for breakfast in the bar. Comfy bed in the a double room, plus so much space, coffee and a chair.

Obviously I enjoyed the marvellous location in a commercial park area.

It was nice to relive old memories as it was the hotel we had our wedding at 26 years ago. it was comfortable and clean, and was close to family that we could visit. A very enjoyable weekend.

The single room I stayed in was very comfortable, providing an excellent night's rest. The updated bathroom featured a lovely big walk-in shower.

There was some noise from the nearby street that disrupted my sleep.

The room and staff was excellent, The three course meal was exceptional value and delicious.

The cooked breakfast was ordinary. Poor quality bacon and soggy scrambled egg. But for value and choice it was good.

we stayed here 1 night on our way up to a camping holiday, the location was ideal for us. the hotel didnt look much from the outside but it made up for it inside. friendly staff lovely resturant and good value for money menu.

The staff were friendly, and the nearby dining options offered a charming atmosphere. For a delicious breakfast, consider asking for healthier choices if available. A lovely stay!
